the staff was efficient and accommodating, handling all our requests with urgency and care. the rooftop bar did not disappoint, live entertainment, beautiful sunsets, and tasty cocktails. the hotel location was perfect for exploring the city. Plus, the outdoor pool and spa provided relaxation and rejuvenation after a day of sightseeing. a luxurious and comfortable experience.
While the rooms were perfectly clean and spacious, there was a minor issue with the in-room coffee machine. It seemed to be out of order, and we had to wait for a replacement to arrive.

We had a fantastic stay at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit. The staff were really good too make our stay nice, especially Nat, the amazing and lovely waiter who made our breakfast enjoyable. The rooms werenice and neat, and the pool was amazing. The location was convenient, just a short walk to Asok BTS station and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail were excellent. The hotel facilities were great, including the swimming pool, sauna, and gym. The hotel's location, right by the metro and next to several malls, made it convenient for exploring the city.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The outdoor swimming pool was large and enjoyable for a swim. The gadgets to open/close the sheers and curtains were a nice touch, adding convenience and giving the room a modern feel.
On the first night, I was told that the Carlton Club lounge was closed for a private function. It was disappointing, especially considering the extra cost for access to the lounge.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Bangkok with easy access to ASOK and Nana stations. the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to provide a luxurious experience. the pool area is lovely and spacious, and the rooftop bar offers breathtaking views of the city.
While the hotel offers a range of dining options, the breakfast experience can be hectic and lacking in allergy markings. some of the in-room refreshments could use improvement, with small refrigerators and limited offerings.
